Our Annual management fee stats with just 5%, but can increase or decrease on the building quality. We control the day to day management, marketing of the building, administration, legal assistance and accounting on behalf of the landlord.
We take control of the complete marketing and advertising responsibilities for the owner with exclusive rights of leasing. This service is free of charge to the owner, and we only collect our one time agency fee from our tenants to cover our advertising expenses. The building will be handed over to the owner after it is completely leased.
